User Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for users of the FlexBridge platform. By accessing or using any service provided by FlexBridge (whether as a Runner, Passive Provider, or Account Holder), you agree to the terms below.

• All information you provide must be truthful and accurate.
• You are voluntarily entering into a non-employment agreement with FlexBridge to enable income generation through gig platforms.
• FlexBridge is not a gig platform itself, but an intermediary logistics and coordination system.
• You retain legal ownership of your accounts but grant FlexBridge operational access per your signed agreement.
• All payouts, splits, and account use are governed by private consent and can be revoked by either party with 72 hours' notice.

By continuing to participate in FlexBridge, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and conduct all interactions with honesty and transparency.If you are applying as someone who wants to create new gig accounts, you will receive passive income weekly or as agreed. You agree to use FlexBridge’s referral links for all eligible platforms. You authorize FlexBridge to operate those accounts, assign work, and manage payouts.  If you are applying as someone who already has one or more gig accounts, you will receive payouts based on the net revenue generated under your accounts. You authorize FlexBridge to manage operational activity on your behalf. You retain ownership but grant FlexBridge full platform access and control over payout routing while this agreement is active.  If you are applying as a runner (worker), you will be assigned to managed gig accounts and paid weekly based on your completed work. you agree to operate under FlexBridge’s coordination. This is not a transfer of ownership, employment, or partnership. Participation is voluntary and may be revoked with 72 hours’ notice. FlexBridge reserves the right to pause or terminate access at any time.
